NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS Med et nyt år følger ofte et ønske og mål om at spise sundere, motionere mere og tabe sig. I mit tilfælde er det dog vores kommende bryllup jeg bruger som motivation og et generelt ønske om at blive stærkere, ikke bare fysisk men også psykisk. Min krop og mit sind trives bedst når jeg får mig rørt og spist fornuftigt, så det vil jeg have større fokus på fremover. Indtil videre har det resulteret i et vægttab på lidt over to kilo og vigtigst af alt mere overskud i hverdagen!
En af de ting der gør det lidt mere lækkert at spise sundt er avocado. Jeg elsker avocado, særligt på ristet fuldkornstoast med groft salt og peber. Mums!
Translation // Along with a new year often comes the desire and goal to eat better, exercise more and lose weight. In my case I'm using our upcoming wedding as motivation but also a genereal wish of mine to get stronger, not just physically but also mentally. My body and mind thrive when I exercise and eat well so I'm gonna make an effort to focus on that. So far it has resulted in a 2 kg weight loss and more importantly increased energy!
One of the things that makes it a bit easier to eat well is avocado. I love avocados, especially on wholemeal toast with salt and pepper. Yummy!

ReplyDeleteI feel that's what I've being doing wrong all those times I've been trying to lose weight; I've solely focused on the weight and not the other aspects, like more having energy and a better mindset. Those things are just as important, if not more important! :)
