Translation // Even though we are currently in Spain, I still wanted to share some more photos from beautiful Annecy in France. We had the pleasure of staying by the lake for six days where the wonderful and calm surroundings created the perfect setting for relaxation. Annecy is one of the most lovely places I have ever been, with the beautiful and incredibly blue lake, the mountains, the small and charming streets and old buildings. It's definitely a gem and a place I have enjoyed visiting for many years throughout my life. It seems like Annecy is no longer a hidden gem though and it has definitely become a more popular tourist spot and the streets were more flooded with people than we have previously experienced.
We spent the last night exploring, walking around, taking in the beautiful and lively surroundings. I also managed to snap quite a lot of photos - everywhere you go, every corner you turn, there's a new photo option! It's certainly a very picturesque place and I had a hard time limiting myself when I had to choose the photos for this blogpost... We didn't manage to explore the smaller and more vacant streets since we didn't have unlimited time but if you do get the chance to visit Annecy, make sure to explore as much as possible!
We ended the evening with a lovely dinner and Mikkel and I enjoyed a French speciality, cheese fondue! It was very heavy yet delicious, and it probably won't be the last time we have that.
