Healthy Dinner Idea

WEIGHT LOSS Som I måske ved, så forsøger jeg at tabe mig og det kræver jo som bekendt en sund kost og motion. Jeg er egentlig kommet godt i gang med at træne, men det kniber lidt mere med kosten, hvor jeg har noget svært ved at holde mig fra især brød og pasta.

Den anden dag forsøgte vi os med en quinoasalat med agurk, tomat, rødløg og en let dressing lavet af en smule olivenolie, hvidløg, friskpresset citronsaft, salt og peber. Det var super nemt og lækkert! Så hvis I mangler lidt inspiration til aftensmaden, så kan jeg i hvert fald anbefale at prøve quinoasalaten - der er jo endeløse muligheder og det bliver ikke sidste gang at vi laver det.

Hvad er jeres bedste opskrift på et sundt måltid? Jeg mangler i den grad inspiration!

Translation // As you may know I am trying to loose weight which obviously calls for a healthy diet and exercise. I am doing okay in the workout department but I'm struggling with sticking to eating healthily - I simply can't keep my fingers off bread and pasta. 

We tried out something slightly different the other night, a quinoa salad with cucumber, tomato, red onion and a bit of dressing consisting of olive oil, garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice and salt and pepper. It was super easy and delicious! So if you've run out of ideas of what to make for dinner, I highly recommend trying out a quinoa salad - and you can make it a lot different ways so it definitely won't be the last time we make this.   

What is your favourite healthy recipe? I seriously need new ideas!
